I built Weedmaps. Now I'm fixing snacks.

I built Weedmaps because I was tired of products that talked down to their customers. Zaffles is the same idea, in a different package.

Every healthy snack I have tried tastes like punishment. Every stroopwafel I love is 80% sugar. So I found a small American bakery that has been making heritage waffles for 30 years and asked them to build the impossible: a real stroopwafel, with real protein, no added sugar, gluten-free, vegan. They said yes. The first 1,000 boxes ship in August.

What does it actually taste like?

A real stroopwafel, with a slightly nuttier base from the oat flour and a clean caramel center. Our American bakery partner has spent six months getting the texture right — soft, chewy, not protein-bar dry.

Why is it $4.20 per wafel?

Pea protein isolate, allulose, and a small-batch American bakery cost real money. Comparable protein bars sell for $4 to $5. We priced this where the math works long-term, not where it looks cheap on day one.

Is it actually gluten-free?

Yes. The oat flour is certified GF, and the bakery runs Zaffles on a dedicated line. Celiac-safe.

What is the shelf life?

Nine months at room temperature, sealed. Four weeks once opened.

Does it have THC or CBD?

No. The first drop is 100% non-infused. We may explore an infused version in legal markets later. Not today.

When does it ship?

August 2026. We are producing the first 1,000 boxes after preorders close. You will get tracking the day it leaves the bakery.
